You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license for learning use only.

You must NOT:

• Share or sell your account or content.
• Copy, distribute, or repackage content.
• Screen-record or redistribute videos.
• Hack, scrape, or interfere with services.
• Use bots or unfair means in tests.

4) Courses, Content, Tests, and Updates

• Content and features may change for improvement.
• Modules may be modified or discontinued.

5) Pricing, Payments, and Subscriptions

• Prices shown at time of purchase apply.
• Payments via third-party gateways.
• Google Play billing terms may apply.

6) Refunds, Cancellations, and Termination

• Refunds depend on plan type and Refund Policy.

• Refunds may be refused for misuse or piracy.
• Serious violations may lose access without refund.

7) Intellectual Property

All content belongs to Pride IAS or licensors and is protected by law. No ownership is transferred to you.

8) User Content

• Feedback and reviews may be used to improve services.
• Personal data handled under Privacy Policy.

9) Accuracy and Educational Disclaimer

• For guidance and practice only.
• No exam result or rank is guaranteed.
• Verify critical info from official sources.

10) Third-Party Links and Services

We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

11) Suspension and Termination

• Accounts may be suspended for violations.
• You may stop using services anytime.

12) Limitation of Liability

• Services provided “as available”.
• No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
• Max liability = last 3 months’ fees or amount.

13) Indemnity

You agree to protect Pride IAS from claims due to misuse.

14) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governed by Indian law. Courts at Telangana have jurisdiction.

We may update Terms and notify for major changes.
